Idalis Velazquez Idalis Velazquez 30, Coral Springs, FL
Biography

Idalis is a dedicated trainer, wife and mother of two. As a former athlete, she competed internationally in judo, tennis, and track and field, and still holds the Puerto Rican junior national record in the long jump. A year after she stopped competing in track, she began to host free boot camp classes for women who were overweight and who previously did not exercise, which she found to be rewarding. Exercise has played a major role in her life. It made her a better athlete, helped her lose over 100 pounds combined after her pregnancies, and, most importantly, it has helped her get her health back after a major health scare in 2010. In 2011, she changed her nutrition and her mindset, and through her dedication, found an even bigger passion for fitness. Idalis is passionate about helping women get stronger mentally and physically, and has a proven track record of helping women transform their bodies in a very effective way. She believes that body awareness is the key to getting a powerful body and maintaining long-lasting results.
